Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

We'll never block your store. Instead, we email you with a soft warning at 90% usage. Continued overages are billed at $0.05 per extra order, with the option to auto-upgrade if it makes sense.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and PayPal via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by wire transfer or annual invoice.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Is there a setup fee?
