Within minutes of uninstalling Drop Sigma from your Shopify store, we deactivate access and clear all stored OAuth tokens. Per Shopify's GDPR webhooks, all data tied to that shop is permanently deleted within 48 hours.
Absolutely. Drop Sigma has a dedicated Team portal where each employee gets their own login and you control what they can see (folders, labels, orders, etc.). Vendors also have a separate vendor portal with limited access.
